Coming from the Lyon Saint Exupery airport:
Option 1: Airport shuttle
Best is to take the "Rhone Express / Lyon Express" airport shuttle to the city centre - a fast train service which drops you right at the the Part-Dieu train station.
In the airport, follow signs for "Rhone Express" or bearing the following symbols:
- There are ticket vending machines on the platform. Get a return ticket ("allée - retour") for about 28 Euro.

Option 2: Taxi
- Take a taxi from the airport terminal
- Have the driver take you to "Centre Léon Bérard Hospital"/"Grange Blanche".
- Be aware that traffic can be dense during rush hour.
- Fares will range between 60-80 Euros.
From the Part-Dieu station:
The "Gare Part-Dieu" is Lyon's main station. From there, several options exist to reach the Centre Léon Bérard:
By Metro:
- The entrance to the metro is directly in front of the station (exit "Porte du Rhone")
- take "metro B" towards "Gare d'Oullins",
- change at "Saxe Gambetta" to "metro D" towards "Gare de Venissieux".
- Get off at "Grange Blanche". The Centre Léon Bérard is next to it.
- Ticket vending machines are at the entrance to the metro station. Tickets are valid for the entire trip including the metro change.
By Bus:
- The bus stops are directly in front of the station (exit "Porte du Rhone")
- Take the bus number 13 (also written "C13") towards "Grange Blanche". The Centre Léon Bérard is next to it.
- Tickets are sold in vending machines on the bus stop platforms.
By taxi:
- The taxi station is on the backside of the station: take the "Porte des Alpes" exit.
- Have the driver take you to "Centre Léon Bérard Hospital"/"Grange Blanche".
